We invite you to be an exhibitor at the conference!  You'll have booth space, a chance to present about your business in the exhibitor technology presentation track, access to all the sessions at the conference, and opportunities to make your logo visible at the conference and all year long in the Summit Scoop newsletter.

More information coming soon. Until then, contact vendorsupport@wagisa.org with questions and visit the Sponsorship page to learn more.

CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS

We’re looking for volunteers for the 2024 WA GIS Conference! The Washington GIS Conference is a labor of love and hard work. More hands make it more fun for everyone.

Do you want to work behind the scenes while you learn the lay of the land? We've got those kinds of jobs. Want to stand out and be seen?  We've got those kinds of jobs too! Whether you're an introvert or an extrovert, we would love your help and your dedication to the profession. Step up your participation and join us in June for the 2024 WA GIS conference!

The Conference needs a variety of volunteers types, including:

  • Moderating Speaker Sessions

  • Day-Of Logistics (Registration Desk, Session Prep, Set-up, Clean-up)

  • Resumé Support and Mentoring Opportunities

If you’re interested in being a volunteer, please complete the volunteer interest form below.

If you'd like to participate in the Conference Planning Committee, please complete this form.

If you have additional questions, contact our volunteer coordinating team at volunteer@wagisa.org to discuss ways in which you can participate.

CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS

The Washington GIS Conference is accepting submissions for 30-, 60-, and 90-minute presentations from individuals and groups.

User presentations are what make the Washington GIS Conference great and unique every year.  We encourage you to share what you've been working on, what you've learned, what worked and what didn't, and your success stories!  We think you'll find the audience attentive and appreciative.

All speakers will receive a discounted registration. For more information or to submit an abstract, visit our Presentations page.

By the way, did you know that presenting at a conference is worth GISP points?  And supervisors are more likely to approve your attendance at the conference when you mention that you'll also be representing your agency in a great way at a professional meeting!

CALL FOR POSTERS

This year’s poster presentation showcase will provide the opportunity to share and exhibit your creative talents, inspire your peers, and potentially earn some cash in the process!

Learn more at our Poster Contest page.
