This year’s Conference Welcome Social will be held Tuesday evening, May 21 at 5:15 PM at the Hotel Murano. Find your way to the Gallery and answer a fun question to enter the WAURISA Speak Easy! Also, play our Speak Easy Scavenger Hunt for a chance to win a prize. Light appetizers will be provided and there will be a cash bar.

Grab your lunch and come to the conference room (GTCC Rm 316) to socialize, share experiences, ask questions and briefly learn what the WWGT has planned for the rest of the year.

Come hang out with this year’s fantastic Conference exhibitors at the Exhibitor Social! Enjoy complimentary appetizers and one complimentary drink. Get your "Exhibitor Passport" stamped for a chance to win prizes while you learn all about how our exhibitors can support your work through their services and products. Take the opportunity to visit with your colleagues, and then check out the posters, web maps, and apps contest to vote for your favorite!
Evening Social

7 Seas Brewery, 2101 Jefferson Avenue
After learning what the exhibitors have to offer at the Exhibitor’s Social on Wednesday, May 22, head on down to the 7 Seas Brewery at 2101 Jefferson Avenue, just a few blocks south of the Convention Center after 6:30 PM for more fun at the Evening Social. We will be playing WAURISA Pub Trivia in the reserved side room, so start putting together your teams of 2 - 4 players! If you don’t have a team, come on down and we will match you up! In addition to the provided appetizers, there will be other food and beverages available for purchase.
